“Tuesday has no feel. Monday has a feel. Friday has a feel. Sunday has a feel…”
- Newman/Seinfeld
I saw this question recently: “What's a great song that has a day of the week in the title.” Why not go one better a pick a great song for each day of the week?
Here goes:
Sunday: Raining on Sunday/Keith Urban
Monday: Monday, Monday/The Mamas & the Papas
Tuesday: Tuesday's Gone/Lynyrd Skynyrd
Wednesday: Wednesday/Tori Amos
Thursday: Like a Summer Thursday/Townes Van Zandt
Friday: Black Friday/Steely Dan (Thought it was gonna be The Cure, huh?)
Saturday: Saturday Night Special/Lynyrd Skynyrd
If anyone can beat those, go ahead on.
