Have you noticed that we have very few movies made now that are comedies? And of the few that are, how many are clever, original and memorable? Good comedy is difficult to do. I guess that's why movie makers default to making 10 X-Men and 11 Fast and Furious' and just sequelling everything to death. It's lazy but maybe there's no appetite or demand for comedy. Maybe we've lost our collective sense of humor. Or maybe we've just had it censored out of us.
